TBG’s Description
One of the oldest buildings in Knoxville, the Bijou theater (and the Bistro within) is classic American architecture from the early 1800s, and you can experience it while brunching over the weekend. The solid brick interior and wooden furniture speak of times when durability mattered.

Three kinds of Benedicts - crab cake (the Bijou), classic, and Florentine to choose from, but more adventurous brunchers should target such great treats as their Fried Bologna and Egg Hero, Chicken Fried Steak, or Vegan Hash (if you go that way, which sometimes we do!).

Tempeh Bacon (that's vegan, in case you weren't sure) and their applewood smoked bacon (real pork, oh yeah!) can be added to just about anything - the Bistro is very open to serve the brunch you've been waiting all week for.

Live music all the time, with Jazz every Sunday, other varieties of music on other days.
Brunch Time (Hours)
Saturday: 10am until 3pm
Sunday Brunch: ALL DAY! (a.k.a. 10am to 9pm)
